Prevent air bubbles and shrinkage in your next pastry with our ceramic baking beans. The container comes with enough to make a 25.5cm flan. They're totally heat resistant and 100% reusable. Simply prick the uncooked pastry with a fork, cover with baking paper and fill with a layer of beans and then blind bake as usual. When the beans are cool, you can hand wash them in soapy water, dry and store until you make your next pastry.
