This solid stainless steel crusher uses a rolling pin action to first separate the clove from the skin, then, using the flat side, crushes the garlic to your desired consistency (add sea salt during crushing for extra flavour). When you're done, simply give it a rinse or put it in the dishwasher. You can even remove strong food smells from you hands by rubbing them on a clean crusher under a running tap.
