This hand operated pasta machine has a set of adjustable rollers so you can roll out the dough to the desired thickness. There are also rollers to cut the dough uniformly into spaghetti and tagliatelli. Separate attachments can be added for rolling out and filling ravioli. Made in Italy of stainless steel. Wipe clean only. Do not immerse in water.
