These oval baking dishes, made in France by the Gres Pots Digoin Pottery, come in four sizes making them ideal for making gratin, dauphinoise or for a truly continental accompanyment try pomme Anna.

Dishwasher, micorwave and freezer safe.

Ovenproof to 300°C.

To make Pomme Anna:

Lay thinly sliced potato in the bottom of your baking dish.

Layer with rosemary, thyme and butter.

Bake until crisp.
