K Sabatier is one of the best knife brands available, and this bread knife is long, rigid and with widely-serrated blades, perfect for slicing all types of bread. It also comes in handy for removing thick skin of certain fruits and vegetables such as pineapple.
The tang (end of the blade) and blade are forged in one piece, then painstakingly ground to the perfect shape and finish. A special stain-resistant knife steel is used which makes a razor sharp edge and the composition handles are securely riveted to the tang.
