One of the finest range of knives available. The tang (end of the blade) and blade are forged in one piece, then painstakingly ground to the perfect shape and finish. A special stain-resistant knife steel is used which makes a razor sharp edge and the composition handles are securely riveted to the tang. A small selection of knives is available in carbon steel -- please enquire at the shops. Regular sharpening on a steel is recommended to retain the edge.
