- Martini Taga
Martini Taga
Martini Taga by New York 12 Knickerbocker Hotel

Ingredients:
75ml Dry Gin3ml Dry Vermouth
Method 1:
Remove your gin from the freezer and pour directly into a martini glass. Then add dry vermouth and finish off with a twist of lemon peel.Method 2:
Add a good helping of ice to your shaker - this is necessary to chill and blend the rest of your ingredients. Then add your gin to the shaker and stir or shake depending on your preference.
*The melted ice water is an essential component to a proper martini. Then add the vermouth to your chilled martini glass and simply roll it around the glass to create thin coating.
Discard the remaining vermouth.
Strain your gin into your chilled martini glass and finish off with a twist of lemon peel.
*For a Dirty Martini substitute the lemon peel for olives and add a bit of the olive liquid to the shaker with your gin.
