Metal implements may be used in anodised pans.
Always wash pans thoroughly with a detergent and a pad or brush.
If food should burn on, half fill the pan with water and boil for a few minutes to loosen the particles.
Do not overheat or the pan may start to stick.
Do not put pans in the dishwasher as, after time, this will discolour and destroy the surface.
Heavy gauge pans are suitable for all types of hob excluding induction.
