Terms & Conditions

1. The closing date of the wedding list will be the date of the delivery of the gifts.

2. The delivery of the gifts will take place by mutual arrangement within 8 weeks of the date of the wedding. Divertimenti requires 2 weeks notice of the delivery of the gifts. Saturday deliveries subject to a courier fee. No Sunday delivery available.

3. Any gifts purchased after the main delivery has taken place will be subject to our standard delivery charge and delivered on an ad-hoc basis.

4. Divertimenti will make one free of charge delivery of the gifts if the delivery address is within the M25. Deliveries outside the M25 will be quoted for.

5. Collections of gifts can be made from either of the shops or from our warehouse provided that 2 weeks notice is given.

6. Divertimenti will store your presents free of charge for up to 8 weeks after the wedding date. Thereafter a charge to cover storage of £15.00 per week will be applied. This charge will need to be paid in full before delivery or collection can be arranged.

7. Exchanges of gifts over a value of £100.00 must be pre-arranged by booking an appointment with the Wedding List Consultant. Specially ordered gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.

8. Divertimenti do not offer cash refunds for any gifts purchased on a wedding list except in the event of faulty products.

9. Prices may vary from those quoted at the time the list is compiled.

10. Divertimenti must be notified in writing of any damages or breakages within one week of receipt of the gifts.

11. Gift vouchers are not redeemable on line.

12. On receipt of a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions we will activate your Wedding List and send you as many insert cards as you require to give to your guests.
