This classic Cook's knife has been designed with a deep, efficient blade and can easily deal with all types of vegetable preparation and even delicate slicing and dicing. The hollows ground into the face of the blade create pockets of air which help prevent thin slices of food from sticking to the blade. This is called a Granton edge and the reduced friction between the knife and the chosen ingredient helps to prevent the slices from tearing or breaking apart when cut.
Made in Germany since 1814, Wusthof knives are world renowned for their strength and outstanding quality. There are over 40 steps in the manufacturing process and each step is performed with accuracy and care to ensure the highest possible standard of workmanship.
Free Delivery on all orders placed online over £50, delivered to UK mainland addresses.
All orders that do not meet the minimum £50 threshold will incur a £4.95 delivery charge.
Parcelforce is used for most online orders and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days but this may take longer due to the specialised nature of some of our products and unpredictable demand (many are made by small craft workshops in remote places and some of our suppliers are based overseas). In this event we will contact you to advise you of the situation and receive your instructions.
