Pans of this shape are extremely popular in restaurant kitchens due to their outstanding versatility. The high rounded sides mean that you can sauté and stir fry with ease while conventional frying is also possible. The depth of the pan lends itself to poaching; this is a great pan for cooking traditional poached eggs as there's plenty of room for at least four eggs to cook at any one time. Use this pan for preparing curries or cooking the meat for cottage or shepherd's pie. The curved sides of the chefs make it easy to stir the contents so it's a fantastic pan to use for making creamy risottos.
Featuring one of the most modern PFOA free non stick coatings available. Little or no added fat is required for cooking as the slippery surface releases food with ease for healthy results. The non stick coating is extremely tough and abrasion resistant and can even be used with metal utensils.
Harnessing the latest multi-layering technology, where premium-grade stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together, forming a special 3 layer surface. This 3-layer construction means heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan from base to rim. Each saucepan features small but helpful design features including capacity markings, helper handles and rounded rims to help with pouring and preventing drips. All of these features mean that cooking with Le Creuset 3-Ply Stainless Steel cookware is easy and enjoyable to use. The whole range is suitable for use on all heat sources including induction and is oven and dishwasher safe.
Recognised the world over as one of the most premium and sought-after brands in kitchenware, Le Creuset have been providing outstanding quality cookware since 1925.
