For Deliveries to UK addresses:
Free delivery on all orders placed online over £50, delivered to UK addresses.
All orders that do not meet the minimum £50 threshold will incur a £4.95 delivery charge.
UKMail is used for most online orders and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
Click & Collect:
Our complimentary Click & Collect service means you can place your order online and collect it from selected stores as soon as it is available. You can now choose to 'Click & Collect' your online order from our Divertimenti store in Knightsbridge, London as well as from our sister company Steamer Trading for free. Simply choose the Click & Collect delivery option online, pay for your order and once notified by the store you can visit and collect your complete order.
This will usually be between 2 - 3 working days for products that are in stock. You will be sent an email when the items are dispatched from our warehouse to the store with a tracking number so that you can check when the items have arrived in store. The store staff will then contact you to let you know that your order is ready for collection via the email address or phone number you provide.
Upon collection of your order you must show your order confirmation (either a printed copy or on a mobile device) and proof of ID. Orders will be available for collection at the chosen Click & Collect location for 7 days, after which they will be returned to our warehouse. If your order is not collected then it will be cancelled and you will receive a refund within 14 working days.
For Deliveries to International countries:
If you are looking to place a bulk order for delivery overseas, please contact us on 0330 333 0351 in the first instance and we’d be happy to discuss your requirements in more detail.
A standard shipping fee will be calculated automatically at the basket stage of the ordering process. Click here to view our standard international shipping charges. For Deliveries to other International Countries:
If your country is not shown on the 'Standard Shipping Charges' list below then you will need to make two separate payments when you place your order.
1. Purchase your order now online and manually type in your destination country – you will be exempt from any shipping charges at this point in the process.
2. Following the receipt of this order we will email you the balance of delivery charge required for your destination within 1-3 working days.
3. Upon receipt of your agreement, we will arrange for the balance of the delivery charge to be debited from your card through the online secure payment system over the telephone. (Please note that as we do not keep a record of your card details from the first transaction, we will need to process the second payment over the telephone.)
NB: Should you decide the delivery cost is unacceptable or for any other reason wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch of the goods, we will immediately refund the full value of any payments that you have made.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days but this may take longer due to the specialised nature of some of our products and unpredictable demand (many are made by small craft workshops in remote places and some of our suppliers are based overseas). In this event we will contact you to advise you of the situation and receive your instructions.
Once your order has left our warehouse you will be provided with a unique tracking code to follow the parcel's progress. Please note the code will be valid as soon as the item has passed its first checkpoint on its journey to your specified delivery address.
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you’re not, or we’ve got something wrong, please contact our customer services team and we’ll tell you what you need to do next.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Note, non-stock items that have been especially sourced for an order and perishables cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method as soon as they are received but some banks may take up to 14 days to credit your account.
Items can be returned to our warehouse at the address below. Items must be sent with a completed returns form and despatch note.

Please obtain proof of postage and keep it until you have received your refund. Note, the cost of returning items will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.
Returns can also be made in person at our Divertimenti Store in London, or via any Steamer Trading Cookshop or Kitchens Cookshop store. Proof of purchase (receipt, despatch note, order confirmation email) is required. Please note, stores do not process refunds for online orders. Parcels will be returned to our central facility and refunds will only be provided via the original payment method. Click here to find your nearest store.
For faulty or damaged items, please contact Customer Services before returning the item.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
