Put your feet up and relax, as The Smart Grill Pro™ by Sage has arrived and it has five meat settings which have a programmed temperature from rare to well done to make to grilling as easy as can be! The grill also comes with an integrated probe which knows when the meat or fish is cooked to perfection and needs to be taken off to rest. With heating elements that are embedded in the plates rather than underneath them, and an electronic thermostat to sense small movements in temperature, this grill cooks seared and tender steaks twice as fast as a BBQ, and makes clean up a breeze. What could be easier? It’s important to let the meat rest for 3 to 5 minutes as it allows the muscle fibres to relax and for the juices and flavour to spread evenly throughout the meat without being lost on the first cut. During the rest phase, residual heat continues to cook the meat so it is important to take it off before it reaches the desired doneness. The Smart Grill Pro has a rest meat indicator that alerts you to remove your meat before it reaches its desired state, to prevent overcooking. The Smart Grill™ Pro opens into a double cooking surface and features a titanium infused non — stick surface, LCD screen and adjustable temperature to cook anything from pancakes, toasted sandwiches to steaks.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Note, non-stock items that have been especially sourced for an order and perishables cannot be refunded.

    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method as soon as they are received but some banks may take up to 14 days to credit your account.

    Items can be returned to our warehouse at the address below. Items must be sent with a completed returns form and despatch note.

    Please obtain proof of postage and keep it until you have received your refund. Note, the cost of returning items will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.

    Returns can also be made in person at our Divertimenti Store. Proof of purchase (receipt, despatch note, order confirmation email) is required. Please note, stores do not process refunds for online orders. Parcels will be returned to our central facility and refunds will only be provided via the original payment method.

    For faulty or damaged items, please contact Customer Services before returning the item.

    This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
