Magimix Cook Expert: Double Salmon Pate

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

200g fresh salmon fillets
100g smoked salmon
1/2 lemon, juiced
100ml double cream
5 sprigs chives
2 sprigs dill

 

Method:

1. Use the STEAM programme to cook the salmon fillets for 10 minutes.
2. Fit the food processor bowl with the metal blade. Add the dill and chives and pulse a few times.
3. Crumble the steamed salmon over the dill and add the smoked salmon, double cream, a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper to taste. Run the machine for 30 seconds.
4. Place into jars or ramekins and chill in the fridge for two hours.
