About the cookery schoolOur School caters for amateurs, enthusiasts and accomplished cooks alike with a diverse calendar of classes, events & workshops which will hone your gastronomic skills, even if you are a complete novice or a dab hand in the kitchen.
We offer a wonderfully diverse calendar of classes which range from learning new techniques such as knife skills or bread making to exploring the world of flavours and ingredients from multiple cuisines. We count many celebrated chefs as regular teachers at the school as well as award winning cookbook authors and cookery writers.
Not only do we run scheduled cooking classes, our kitchen space is the ultimate location for a huge range of private hire and bespoke events such as supper clubs, book signings, press events, team building ‘cook & dine’ experiences or corporate events.
