Our School caters for amateurs, enthusiasts and accomplished cooks alike with a diverse menu of classes featuring the classics, the contemporary and tomorrow’s trends.
The Divertimenti Cookery School is going on holidays and the Autumn Winter 2015 programme will be released on Wednesday 2nd September. We are looking forward to welcoming back many of our teachers including Shivi Ramoutar, Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich, Martha Money and Javier Cervantes as well as introducing new classes by Pip McCormac, Ozlem Warren, David and Charlotte Bailey, Jennifer Joyce and Olia Hercules.
We're a big fan of their 3-ply, stainless steel range. The non-stick coating has held up against everything we could throw at it and makes a lighter alternative to the classic cast iron that Le Creuset is known for. We're also looking forward to trying out their new Signature Casseroles range which features a toughened enamel and larger handles for easy grip.

British design with Japanese craftsmanship seems to be a winning combination because we can't get enough of these TOG knives. The addition of the copper seams not only creates a beautiful finish but also a more hygienic blade. We give each of our students the opportunity to trial TOG knives during our Knife Skills classes so that they can see for themselves how sharp, light and comfortable they are to use.
