Lillet Winter Thyme Cocktail

A cocktail without fuss. If you are looking for a seasonal alternative, something not too sweet or strong, Lillet Blanc is a light wine aperitif, the perfect ingredient at the core of this cocktail recipe. A winter tipple to enjoy at home.

Ingredients:

50 ml Lillet Blanc
50 ml pear juice
75 ml tonic water
20 ml cinnamon syrup
30 ml fresh lemon juice
Decoration: cinnamon sticks, pear slices , thyme

Preparation:

Fill your glasses with ice, we used our Prepare Ice Balls for an elegant look.

Add all the ingredients except for the tonic water to a shaker and swirl gently to mix and then pour over the ice.

Top up with tonic water.

Garnish the glasses with decoration to get yourself in the festive mood.

 

Tip: Fresh goats cheese and pralines are excellent paired with this cocktail.

Season 200 g fresh goat cheese with salt and pepper. Roll into small balls with your hands. Roll in crushed pink berries, thyme leaves and chopped roasted hazelnuts and serve.
