Dave Regester Standard Bowl - 45cm
This 45cm Dave Regester Ash Bowl is a brilliant way to bring in lots of natural texture when you’re styling your home. Designed as a rustic alternative to traditional ceramic serve ware, its smooth, curved shape is made to nestle in alongside coordinating styles. With its typical beige-to-light-brown hue, ash wood makes these pieces attractive and aesthetically pleasing in the home. All Dave’s pieces are turned on the lathe using locally sourced wood in Devon. They are all finished with sunflower oil and beeswax and are best looked after by hand washing. Hot running water is usually sufficient, but a rub with a scourer and a dab of washing up liquid will get rid of more resistant gunge. As they are used, they develop a patina reflective of the stains and scratches of that use and if the grain begins to look a little dull this can be enhanced with a light application of sunflower oil.
What makes this so special is that the timber used has been shown to contain properties which make it more resistant to the development of bacteria on its surface.

Dave Regester who works in Devon has been a professional woodturner since 1974. He started woodturning at university and is self-taught. Dave has written many articles for Woodturning magazine and five books. He taught at Parnham College and has demonstrated and taught in Britain and abroad. Well known for his hand-turned bowls, boards and platters, Dave's pieces are made from hardwoods grown in Devon. The simple yet distinctive silhouettes of these bowls bring an architectural tone to any setting. All items are handcrafted in Dave’s workshop, pairing high quality and quality standards with great personal care.
All orders that do not meet the minimum £50 threshold will incur a £4.95 delivery charge.

International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

Packages may need to be unwrapped and opened going through customs. Please note that Divertimenti is not responsible for the packaging if this occurs.
Divertimenti will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by the delivery country.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. Note, non-stock items that have been especially sourced for an order and perishables cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method as soon as they are received but some banks may take up to 14 days to credit your account.

Please obtain proof of postage and keep it until you have received your refund. Note, Please ensure any discrepancy's or broken items need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery the cost of returning items will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.
Returns can also be made in person at our Divertimenti Store. Proof of purchase (receipt, dispatch note, order confirmation email) is required. Please note, stores do not process refunds for online orders. Parcels will be returned to our central facility and refunds will only be provided via the original payment method.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
