Micro Chocolate Easter Egg Cookie Recipe by @HemaEats

Easter season is finally here and it's the perfect time to get creative with your baking! If you're looking for something new to make this year, why not try making some delicious Micro Chocolate Easter Egg Cookies? These tasty treats are perfect for Easter parties, gifts, or even as a special treat for your family.

INGREDIENTS:
- 150g plain flour
- 80g caster sugar
- 100g dairy-free spread or margarine @flora
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract @nielsenmassey
- 1 tsp baking powder
@sainsburys micro chocolate eggs (whole) or use mini eggs (chopped up) use as much as you like.

METHOD:
1. Put the dairy-free spread/margarine into a bowl with the sugar and beat with an electric hand whisk or wooden spoon until creamy.
2. Add milk and vanilla extract, mix to combine.
3. Add in flour, baking powder and chocolate eggs. Mix to combine into a dough.
4. Use a spoon or clean hands to put small heaped mounds onto the Silpat Perfect Cookie Baking Sheet.
5. Bake at 180°C, fan 160°C until lightly golden approx 15 minutes).
6. Remove from the oven, leave on the Silpat Perfect Cookie Baking Sheet for 5 minutes to firm up, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
