Mini Banana Bundt Cake Recipe by @myfivestarkitchen

Who doesn't love a good banana cake? And when it's in the form of mini bundt cakes, it's even better. These Mini Banana Bundt Cakes are perfect for a small gathering or an afternoon snack. Plus, they're super easy to make in the Bundtlette Cake Pan by Nordic Ware!

INGREDIENTS:

 

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
6 mashed bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Optional- Caramel topping with banana chips

METHOD:


Preheat the oven to 180C. Using standing electric mixer, mix the brown sugar, vanilla extract and oil together for 3 minutes. Add your eggs gradually, mix for another 2 minutes. Then add bananas, flour, salt, cinnamon and combine your batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes. (You can add chocolate chips to your batter before baking) Decorate with caramel topping and banana chips! Enjoy!
