Bread Knives

For slicing rustic, homemade or any artisan breads, bagels or baguettes you will always be glad to have a good quality bread knife to hand.  The serrated blade will carve through even tough crusts and the sharper the cutting blade, the less damage to the loaf as you slice it.  Giving you perfect slices and creating fewer crumbs. 

A serrated blade works best on foods that have a hard or tough exterior and a softer, more delicate interior which is why they work so well with crusty breads – but work equally well on citrus fruits.
