Magimix Mango & Lime Frozen Yoghurt Recipe


570 g fresh mango

4 tbsp honey

115 g plain yoghurt

Juice of 2 limes

Zest of 2 limes


  • 1- Add all the ingredients to the blender jug.
  • 2- Blend using the SMOOTHIE setting for 30 seconds. If any lumps remain, blend for a further 30 seconds.
  • 3- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
  • 4- Turn on the Gelato Expert by pressing the Freezer unit button. After approx. 5 minutes the bowl should be ready for use.
  • 5-  Press the Gelato programme and once the paddle begins to turn pour in the mixture.
  • 6- When the mixture had almost finished churning, add in the lime zest.
  • 7- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and place in the freezer for later use.
