Magimix: Tofu gyozas

Ingredients:

SERVES 3-4

4 cloves garlic 

40g fresh ginger 

40ml soy sauce  

30ml sesame seed oil 

1/2 napa cabbage/ Chinese leaf 

3 spring onions  

100g assorted mushrooms 

100g firm tofu  

24 dumpling wrappers 

 

Method: 

  • Put the garlic, ginger, soy and oil into the metal bowl and PULSE in the Cook Expert until finely chopped. 
  • Now add the cabbage, spring onions and mushrooms and PULSE again to incorporate.
  • Crumble in the tofu and mix well to complete your gyoza filling.
  • Wrap your gyoza and load into the steamer basket.  
  • Rinse the metal bowl and add 500ml water. Put the steamer basket on top and run STEAM 10:00/AUTO/110°C.

  • Serve the gyoza immediately and enjoy.
