Create, decorate & indulge in deliciously wholesome chocolate

Join Emily Collette, founder of As Raw As Natural & Organic Chocolates, for an immersive and hands-on chocolate-making workshop where you’ll discover how to work with chocolate using natural, organic and ethically sourced ingredients.

Over three delicious hours, Emily will guide you through the art of tempering chocolate, creating beautifully enrobed handmade truffles and decorating your own chocolate discs with a selection of natural toppings. You’ll also enjoy a demonstration of Emily’s delicious puffed quinoa fridge bar, with the opportunity to taste it during the class.

Best of all, you’ll leave with plenty of handmade chocolate to enjoy at home — including a set of handmade truffles and a set of 12 decorated chocolate discs, beautifully made by you.

Meet Emily

Emily Collette is the founder and raw chocolate maker behind As Raw As. Her journey began with a desire to create healthier chocolate for her children, with their wellbeing always at the heart of what she does.

Her love of chocolate, combined with her passion for natural ingredients, inspired Emily to create delicious treats that could be enjoyed without compromising on quality or nourishment. Seeing her children enjoy the chocolates she created encouraged her to share her knowledge and passion with others.

“The realisation that it is possible to provide delicious treats that not only hit the spot with their taste buds but also nourish their bodies was very satisfying.”

Today, As Raw As chocolate is lovingly handmade in small batches in Emily’s dedicated kitchen in the heart of Somerset, using organic and ethically sourced ingredients.

Emily loves experimenting with different textures and natural flavours. Her nuts and seeds are activated, helping make their wonderful nutrients more readily available for the body to digest and absorb. Her chocolate is made with unroasted cacao, helping to retain its beautiful naturally occurring mineral properties.
